HIP Foundations
HIP can work with any choice of foundation that a client or our engineer requires, however HIP tends to work best with an Insulated Raft or precast ground beams with cassette floor panels.
HIP Floors
Our HIPfloor system is a combination of a Posi-Joists structure topped with metal deck and screed. This provides service space as well as solidity and improved acoustic performance.
In addtion, we can provide a range of alternative floor options where required.
