"It’s a bold step to build your own home - I know this because in 2003 we designed and self-built our own home - a proper hands-on experience. It was hard work, but the result was an amazing home for our family.
Born from the process came the opportunity to help others, who, like us, chose Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) as their method of construction. This then led to Newbuild Solutions Ltd, a well know distributorship which we established to build, assist and sell modern methods of construction for newbuild homes.
From two decades of experience coupled with a desire to do things better comes innovation, and for us this was in the form of HIP, our own niche approach to construction".
The hip mission
The main mission of HIP Ltd is to provide bespoke services and high quality products for all clients. To achieve our mission we set three long-term goals:
- To provide bespoke products and services that are attractive to the client .
- To supply cost-effective products that offer superior benefits over our competition.
- To build a strong and efficient team who buy into the products and services we offer.

Managing Director
With over two decades specialising in modern concrete formwork systems, James has the experience and knowledge to support all clients with their newbuild ventures.
Adam Sendall
Director
Adam is qualified in marketing and business management with a passion for design and build. Adam manages direct relations with clients and ensures the efficient delivery of the operations team.
Alex Parry
Designer
Alex started with us as an freelance architect and designer since 2024. His passion is in architectural and techical design and supports clients with their designs where required.
Charlotte Sendall
Project Management
Charlotte's role is to manage key elements of the HIP operation so that all the team are equipped with all the information, equipment and material that they require to ensure the success of every HIP.Build project.
